Bookings for our supper club dining experiences can be made through our Website, by email, or by telephone. All bookings are subject to availability. A booking is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation email or telephone call from us.

4.2 Deposit and Payment

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. The remaining balance is due on the day of your dining experience. We accept major credit cards and cash for final payment.

4.3 Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your booking, our cancellation policy is as follows:

• Cancellations made more than 14 days before your booking date: Full deposit refund
• Cancellations made between 7-14 days before your booking date: 50% deposit refund
• Cancellations made less than 7 days before your booking date: No refund

In all cases, you may transfer your booking to an alternative date (subject to availability) within 3 months of the original date.

4.4 Changes by Lanevora

In rare circumstances, we may need to cancel or modify a booking due to unforeseen circumstances. If this occurs, we will contact you as soon as possible to arrange an alternative date or provide a full refund of any deposits paid.

4.5 Dietary Requirements

We can accommodate many dietary requirements with advance notice. Please inform us of any allergies or dietary restrictions at the time of booking. While we take all reasonable precautions, our kitchen handles various allergens, and we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
